About PixelMatch
PixelMatch is an AI-powered design-to-code comparison tool that lets users upload designs and benchmark multiple AI models side-by-side. The service is operated by Biscuit, a product of Flits Software Inc.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use PixelMatch. To make purchases or subscribe to a paid plan, you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Free Tier
All users receive 10 lifetime generations at no cost. No account registration is required to use the free tier. Once the free limit is reached, a paid subscription is required to continue generating comparisons.
Subscriptions
PixelMatch offers two subscription plans:
- Starter — €4.90/month per month · 30 generations/month generations per month, all models, both output formats.
- Pro — €8/month per month · unlimited generations generations, priority speed, early access to new models.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The merchant of record for all subscriptions is Flits Software Inc.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact
support@biscuit.so within 14 days of the charge. Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Flits Software Inc.
AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated code and HTML output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PixelMatch makes no guarantee of completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated output before use in production environments.
Your Content
Users retain full ownership of all uploaded designs and images. PixelMatch processes uploads solely for the purpose of generating comparisons and does not claim any rights over user content. Uploaded images are not used for model training.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use PixelMatch for:
- Any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws
- Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the service
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction
- Any activity that disrupts or abuses the service infrastructure
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Users in the United States agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
Users located in the European Union are exempt from the arbitration requirement and may use local dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
